IQBrave Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. ("IQBrave", "we", "our", or "us") is a Sri Lankan technology company providing the IQBrave ERP POS software and related services. Our registered address is Pahalawela Rd, Buttala 91112, Uva Province, Sri Lanka.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and role when you register or contact us.
• Usage Data: Log data, feature usage, and session information collected automatically when you use the software.
• Business Data: Sales transactions, inventory records, customer records, and other data you enter into the POS system.
• Device Information: Operating system, device identifiers, and hardware specifications for support purposes.

• To provide, operate, and improve the IQBrave ERP POS software

Your business data is stored locally on your device (offline-first architecture) and synchronised to our secure cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS. We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for hosting services
• Payment processors for subscription billing
• Law enforcement when required by Sri Lankan law

7. Cookies

Our landing page (iqbrave.shop) uses only essential functional cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

IQBrave ERP POS is a business software product intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
